Although the collections’ full of ladylike dresses and rich peplum coats, he walked straight to his vibrant silk pajama-like pieces what I asked him to choose a preferred. “I did all of them on my iPad,” he said of the prints. “There’s an application called drawing pad and I just do it with my finger. It sounds genuinely retarded, but it is super, super great fun. They had been iPad size and then I emailed them to Jenna who functions with me on all my prints and she put them in a extremely nice 50s-esque repeat for me. They operate super well and we blew them up on t-shirts and did some genuinely sweet little jewelry pieces. They retail for like $ 120! They’re very good little go-with-everythings,” he said, holding one up to his neck. “Well, not so good on me, but on the right girl!”

I was shocked when I saw a post on Tumblr of this photo of Fatima Siad in the Spring/Summer 2012 ad campaign of Herve Leger by max Azria. I don’t even assume she was on the runway of the show, but it’s nice to see Fatima doing some thing in the fashion industry, and I definitely wanted her to win America’s Next Top Model. This was photographed by Camila Akrans and I’m searching forward to seeing the rest of the campaign. Get pleasure from.

Jason Wu for Target Lookbook
Back in October, we announced that designer Jason Wu would be designing an exclusive lower-priced collection for Target, and now we have photos of the official lookbook!
Wu’s 53-piece collection consists of women’s apparel, handbags and scarves, with costs ranging from $ 19.99 to $ 59.99 for clothing and $ 19.99 to $ 49.99 for the handbags and scarves. Jason Wu for Target launches in shops and online on February 5th and will be obtainable by means of March 6th.

Prabal Gurung jumped on Facebook last night to post a picture of one of his 1st t-shirts.
The designer, who’s possibly greatest recognized for his cult celebrity following, loyal Twitter community and unbelievably gorgeous red carpet dresses, is kicking off his expansion with some thing a bit more accessible. Like Joseph Altuzarra and Proenza Schouler prior to him he’s beginning with sportswear instead of shoes or bags.
