It was revealed back in October with a holiday campaign that Nicole Scherzinger would be the subsequent new face of London Fog. Now the former Pussycat Doll continues her function as brand ambassador by starring in the Spring 2012 ad campaign for the label.

Wearing absolutely nothing but a trench coat, Nic oozes sex in this provocative print campaign which sees her show off significant skin. It appears she is not letting her current axing from the X Factor get her down. Rather she has donned a London Fog trench (or two!) and turned up the heat for an ultra saucy shoot that is bound to leave a lot of a tiny hot beneath the collar.

Nicole follows in the footsteps of former Fog-ers like Christina Hendricks, Eva Longoria and Gisele Bündchen – who posed nearly naked even though pregnant.

The Cut

For years, London’s menswear designers have been out of sync with the rest of the fashion globe. Not in terms of concepts or help or sales, but timing. When men’s fashion weeks hit in January and July for Milan and Paris, Britain’s homegrown talents showcase at the end of London Fashion Week in February and September. MAN day has constantly attracted a bevy of publicity and attendees, but has been a bone of contention for some time, as it has been argued that by the time Brit designers hit the catwalks, the men’s buyers have closed their order books and spent all of their budgets.

But lastly that is about to modify. Yesterday the British Fashion Council announced that London will get its quite own menswear couple of days! 3 to be precise, from Friday June 15th till the 17th. Spearheaded by GQ editor, Dylan Jones – also the British Fashion Council’s 1st chair of the fashion Menswear Committee – who promised ‘to give menswear a bigger and better platform in this country, and to attempt and emphasize its commercial and creative importance.’ Accurate to his word, then. It is believed that both Burberry and Paul Smith menswear will be on the schedule, as nicely as younger talent.

Designer Christopher Shannon, who has shown in London considering that his St Martins MA graduation in 2009, welcomed the new schedule. ‘This will be the 1st time that London is in sync with the international calendar,’ he told Grazia Daily. ‘To have established designers like Burberry show alongside new graduates, and younger talents, proves that London menswear is each and every bit as valid as Paris and Milan.’

Carey Mulligan attended the London Film Critics’ Circle Awards 2012 which was held at the BFI Southbank this evening in London.

The British actress wore this Roland Mouret Spring 2012 dress for a second time.

This berry red jersey dress with white leather flower appliqués was very first worn to a private party at the Chateau Marmont last week.

I’m pleased she wore the dress a second time, due to the fact now we get to see the dress from the front.

On the previous occasion she opted for black peep-toes, but tonight she donned blue YSL Palais pumps which we’ve see her wear once before.

Whilst I love that she opted for a surprisingly colour selection shoe-wise, I think I would’ve preferred black peep-toes.

Yes I said it.

Andrea Riseborough was a vision of perfection once once more as she stepped out for the ‘W.E.’ London premiere.

For the London Film Festival premiere, the British actress wore Christian Dior, but on this occasion she opted for a far more modern day Marios Schwab dress from the Fall 2011 collection.

Her burgundy silk-satin dress with a chiffon underlay was paired with a pair of striped pumps.

The rest of her accessories integrated a Jimmy Choo ‘Latoya’ clutch and Chopard jewels.

As usual she’s radiant, graceful and flawless.
