The Paint Dip Pants – Stylish. Seriously?
I’ve noticed a dip dye style taking the style shores by storm in the last couple of years. Alexa Chung named spokesperson for the British Designers Collective
As if she isn’t busy adequate getting a US Television star, appearing in a multitude of ad campaigns and gracing the front rows at fashion weeks, Alexa Chung has now been named spokesperson for the British Designers Collective.
Now in its third year the BDC is a joint venture between the British Style Council and Bicester Village shopping centre. Alexa will support launch the initiative with designers Peter Pilotto, Jonathan Saunders, Nicholas Kirkwood and Marios Schwab on March 22.
As part of the Collective, shoppers are offered an exclusive opportunity to store the collections of up-and-coming designers who commonly would not be offered such a platform to showcase their styles. The six-week pop-up-shop will also feature creations from far more established designers including Preen, Holly Fulton, Bella Freud, James Long, Goat, Emma Cook, Markus Lupfer, Hermione de Paula and Jean Pierre Braganza. Even though accessories will be offered to acquire from designers such as Pauric Sweeney, Lily and Lionel, Mawi and Erickson Beamon.
