I have wavy, frizzy hair. I constantly dreamed of getting straight hair. (truth no 1) When they’re little, all wee girls find out about princesses and princes and… mermaids! And they all adore the stunning mermaids (truth no 2). So advertising and marketing is not all that complex, right after all!
See beneath David LaChapelle’s photograph of Katy Perry as a mermaid for GHD’s Ad Campaign. Hoping the new GHD Hair Straighteners (or their brand new hairdryer, GHD Air) do not add that horrifying red – violet hue to your hair, besides flattening it out! (haven’t believed about that, GHD, huh?)

So we had been all expecting this commercial signed by Sofia Coppola for H & M Marni collection, hoping (even though somehow already realizing) that it will not disappoint. And judging by the end result which just surfaced, it has every sign of Sofia Coppola’s beautiful cinematography, a heavy European charm, bonus the H & M affordable advantage. I may possibly not be a supporter of the mixing prints fashion, but I confident liked this ad. Is it March however?

It was revealed back in October with a holiday campaign that Nicole Scherzinger would be the subsequent new face of London Fog. Now the former Pussycat Doll continues her function as brand ambassador by starring in the Spring 2012 ad campaign for the label.
Wearing absolutely nothing but a trench coat, Nic oozes sex in this provocative print campaign which sees her show off significant skin. It appears she is not letting her current axing from the X Factor get her down. Rather she has donned a London Fog trench (or two!) and turned up the heat for an ultra saucy shoot that is bound to leave a lot of a tiny hot beneath the collar.
Nicole follows in the footsteps of former Fog-ers like Christina Hendricks, Eva Longoria and Gisele Bündchen – who posed nearly naked even though pregnant.

Diane Von Furstenberg’s Mirrored New Ad Campaign. Feelings?
This is an intriguing visual product! And not just simply because it entails the gorgeous clothing developed by Diane von Furstenberg, but due to the fact the DvF Spring Summer 2012 Ad Campaign is inspired by surrealist paintings.
Photographed by Camilla Akrans (no word about who’s starring in the campaign), the initial image of the campaign shows us a face – much less model, wearing a mirror rather of her face (mirroring the blue sky). Be The Woman You Want To Be is the message of the campaign. I’m loving it! It’ll take me a although to get employed to the idea, but I’m loving it. How about you?

Have you observed Tilda Swinton’s 2012 ad campaign for Pomellato? To be honest, I’m shocked Tilda is undertaking any kind of marketing, getting the rebel that she is. That ought to be since you know, everybody is against the method, but not against the money…
Anyway, Tilda Swinton continues to represent for the Italian Jeweler Pomellato (following the jump, there’s Tilda’s 2011 campaign for Pomellato’s Nude – fairly. And I mean it! And that is not an easy attribute to label Tilda with!). She even hosted a boutique opening for Pomellato’s Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills on Monday, January 30th. Pomellato’s new ad campaign is beautiful, all kinds of artsy while the Nudo Rings are pure delight. Celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, the stated jewelry pieces are truly versatile, all in being easy and eye catching enough to be statement accessories.
Now: there’s a fine line in between hip and flop. Pale-ish, white-ish is the new color for evening wear, hence Tilda, who is a celebrated fashionista, was sporting the need to put on color. All I want to know is didn’t any individual tell her she forgot to take her pajama off? It was an official event, following all!

Amazing Edun Spring Summer 2012 Butterfly Ad Campaign
I’m all skeptical when it comes to an eco – friendly label issued beneath a large fashion luxury residence – remember Emma Watson for Alberta Ferretti? Today, nonetheless, I’m about to adjust all that!
I know the images speak from themselves, and that I’m enchanted with Edun Spring Summer 2012 ad campaign’s visuals, even so, a little introduction is de rigueur (if you want to skip this, hit the jump to see the images or click right here for the gallery): Edun fetes his 7th year this year. The label’s founders are no strangers to environmental activism: Bono and his wife, Ali Hewson however, somewhere along the road, half of Edun has been added to the LVMH luxury empire. (you may possibly remember a certain Louis Vuitton Journeys campaign with the founders of Edun?)
Absolutely nothing, however, ready me for this incredibly gorgeous ad campaign! Ryan McGinley photographed significantly more than clothes and models – he photographed six diverse species of butterfly, particular to the African continent (exactly where Edun supports neighborhood resources by creating their creations there). A huge round of applause for the visionary Jefferson Hack who was a creative consultant and for the gifted Irish designer Sharon Wauchob who acted as creative director for this lovely campaign!
