Edelkoort notes that due to the fact the focal body element of the time period was the legs, “breasts were smallish, and girls boyish.” Eyes were massive and lips thin. Lip colors were black and garnet red.

I’ll be truthful, when I very first heard of high-low skirts, I was not exactly interested: I had no concept how to style them, and I believed they looked like they had been straight out of a poor hipster tumblr post.

Even though the high-low hemline seemed weird to me at 1st, it is in fact excellent for breezy summer time weather, and delivers a wonderful way to highlight your favorite footwear.
