With Christmas just around the corner, it’s no surprise that celebs have been feeling inspired.
Red seems to be popping up everywhere on the red carpet this week: Heidi Klum, Taylor Swift, Serena Williams and Kristen Johnston have all donned the bold hue.
Fashion News: Miranda Kerr previews Victoria’s Secret $2.5-million bra
Victoria’s Secret angel Miranda Kerr gave a preview of the handmade, $ 2.5-million bra that she will wear during next month’s Victoria’s Secret catwalk extravaganza. The bra (shown on a mannequin — most people will have to wait until the show, slated to air Nov. 29 on CBS, to see Kerr model it) reportedly took a London jeweler 500 hours to hand-sew on 3,400 gems — including diamonds, pearls, citrines and aquamarines. It also has a tassel centerpiece adorned with two 8-carat white diamonds and two yellow 14-carat diamonds. [Telegraph]

Mulberry Spring 2012
Mulberry’s Spring 2012 presentation took place yesterday with two showings in the morning.
As we waited to enter the venue we were treated to ice cream and bottles of pink lemonade which came courtesy of a Mulberry branded vintage ice cream van.
Upon entering the Claridges ballroom it felt like we were walking into a fantasy land full of blow up animals and model ice cream cones.
The next room was the runway decked out like an English beach with sparkling pier lights and fun fair models with “I do like to be beside the seaside” playing in the background.
Celeb Style Summer Review: The Best White Dresses
If this Summer told us anything, it’s that celebs don’t shy away from the iconic white Summer dress. Miranda Kerr may well have won our award for preferred LWD her lace Lover frock is supposed to hit Shopbop.com in a lighter shade of red at the end of this month, and we’re surely snapping that up. Other stars incorporate Blake Lively seeking dreamy in Chanel, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in sleek Max Mara, and Mila Kunis searching very considerably like a white swan for a Buddies with Rewards look. Nora Zehetner attended the ‘Snow Flower and The Secret Fan’ New York screening final month wearing a LOVER Fall 2011 black lace dress.
The lovely dress features a lace overlay, long sleeves and shorter hemlines at the side.
Met Gala 2011 – Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty
2011 marks an anniversary I wish we would never had (at least not so early): 1 year has passed since Alexander McQueen’s death. Consequently, events have been rolled to commemorate the designer and his amazing sartorial work.
One of the most important celebrations is graced by the Metropolitan Museum of Art through the Costume Institute Exhibition: Alexander Mcqueen – Savage Beauty. Traditionally, every year, a Met Gala occurs, to mark the debut of the said exhibition. Every name and major personality in fashion is there on the big Met Ball night.
