Best Dressed: Elizabeth Olsen in The Row, Emily Blunt in Naeem Khan and More
Our very best dressed this week wore the gamut–from suits to the girliest dresses possible. Elizabeth Olsen wore a red pant suit with a light blue shirt by the Row (awww), channeling that Gwyneth Paltrow-wears-Tom-Ford-for-Gucci moment. Mena Suvari and Emily Blunt each chose strapless, complete-skirted frocks courtesy of Alice + Olivia and Naeem Khan, respectively. Megan Fox went for girly innocence in a short neutral Elie Saab, and Jessica Alba wore a leather and lace Dolce and Gabbana number. Who’s your favorite this week?
Transformers Girls: Megan Fox White Pants Vs. Rosie Huntington Whiteley’s White Mini Dresses
Just a single little Transformers issue before I let go these days! If you thought I was joking about Michael Bay’s obsession with girls dressed in white for the duration of the heavy action scenes from his Transformers movies, take a look below!
There’s no will need to be a Transformers fanatic or a Transformers fan to know that the Transformers brunette sensation Megan Fox was replaced by Victoria’s Secret Angel Rosie Huntington – Whiteley (trivia – you will discover, in the course of the movie, that Sam calls Carly “Angel”).
Besides getting blond and British, Rosie’s character has to fall beneath the cliché knife in order to fit in the Trasformers franchise. And while Megan Fox was breathtaking in short jeans gravitating close to motorcycles, Rosie wears stubbornly short dresses, all white if feasible (with a single noticeable blue sequined exception) and felinely walks in and out or close to classy, luxurious, rare cars.

Mad Style – Siwy Hannah In Bitten
There is finally sunshine in London! Although its still absolutely freezing I’m counting my blessings for the little bit of warmth that elusive sun is giving us, especially when I’m hearing reports from friends that it is beach weather over in California. On a more personal note, it was my birthday on the sixteenth, and I am now eighteen! I can’t believe that it’s happened, I feel like it completely snuck up on me. The thought of being a legal adult is sort of terrifying, but I’m excited for the adventures ahead… no matter how busy it appears this year is going to be! With all the craziness this first month of 2011 has served me I’ve only just gotten around to writing out my new years resolutions, which mind you, is a very extensive list, and right on top is keeping up with my Denimology reviews.
Another resolution is to go out more with friends, and a perfect pair of jeans to do that in are these Siwy Rose Jeans in Bitten. I don’t think I have ever seen a cooler wash on a pair of jeans. The black and charcoal snakeskin print instantly dresses up even the most bland ensemble, and with just a hint of glimmer in the pattern they remain understated. I think these jeans beg to be worn on a night out, they’re a perfect blend of tough and sexy and look amazing with heels. I paired them here with sparkly black pumps and a fitted blazer to accentuate both the feminine and masculine side of this pair of jeans.
They fit like jeggings; the denim is soft, thin, stretchy and hugs your legs with surprising comfort. So often with jeans as tight as these I spend more time trying to get them on then wearing them, but these slip on without any effort at all. They are pretty long (when I first put them on they pulled well past my heel) so I tugged them up and scrunched them at the ankle, a look I personally like best with high pumps. The only complaint I would have is that the waist was a bit tight in comparison to the perfect fit of the legs, but this could well be a result of all the christmas pudding my grandma made. I think one of my favourite aspects of these jeans is the raised detailing of the logo on the back pocket. It’s almost undetectable in the snake skin pattern but is a nice surprise when you do notice it, which is what I like the best. I think the tiny details like this are what makes certain jeans so special.
Megan Fox In Soft Pink Armani Prive Dress For Golden Globes 2011
Though it may look so, I promise, it’s not intentional! Those really were the Golden Globes 2011 dresses! soft pinks all the way!
Megan Fox is wearing a soft pink Armani Prive dress and she’s looking her usual pouty lovely self. Sparkly, dramatic back cuts, you already know the main fashion coordinates used tonight on the Red Carpet! I remember some critics (and even you, my darlings) having compared her with Angelina (you called her “poor man’s Angelina” – spot on). Let’s take a look at both – do you think there’s any truth to the so called resemblance?
