Kim Kardashian Is Headed to Kannes Cannes with Kanye West

It looks like the Cannes International Film Festival might soon be identified as the Kannes International Film Festival. As reported by Pitchfork, Kanye West (the newly minted Mr. Kim Kardashian– by us, right now) is set to premiere a “short art film” in the south of France next Wednesday, May possibly 23. Entitled “Cruel Summer,” Kanye’s newest non-musical venture is apparently an “immersive seven-screen experience, in contrast to something West has attempted before.” Read more…
Kanye West To Appear on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’

Now that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s relationship is public expertise, it’s also becoming prepped for public consumption. West joined Kardashian at her sister’s child shower on Saturday—and the reality show cameras had been rolling.
So does that mean that Keeping Up With the Kardashians with have some Kanye cameos? It seems so. He’s currently shown in a promotional spot for the show’s upcoming season, and Kim confirmed to E! that he will be in a few episodes. “I want to show my life,” she explained.
She’s not ready to talk about their relationship, she added, but: “If we are getting dinner and he does show up, I’m sure we’re not going to go, ‘Stop the cameras!’”
Is Kanye West the Murky Dismal to Kim Kardashian’s Rainbow Brite?
Last week, Kanye West took to Twitter to rant about his several fashion ‘hates’– but he noticeably left out a thing he apparently has a significant issue with, or at least when worn by the individuals closest to him: Color. One of Kanye West’s individual assistants when informed us that Kanye has banned his posse of personnel from wearing any colors other than white, black, and gray. And whilst Kim Kardashian has certainly in no way nixed neutral combos in the past, she’s also hasn’t been a single to shy away from brights. We couldn’t help but notice that the fairer half of Kimye seems to be shrinking away from violet lately… and fairly considerably every single other color out there. In truth, K- (yes, that’s ‘Dash’) looks to have almost entirely banished rainbow hues from her vast wardrobe given that hitching up with Yeezy in March.
Love or hate her, we have to admit that Kim has been searching really great lately– maybe save for that weirdly inappropriate stripperesque mini and heels she donned to catch a Lakers Game yesterday. So far, dating Mr. West has carried out only great items for her fash cred: She could have been shunned from the Met Ball, but she did attend that Chanel dinner, and now she’s getting her very personal spread in L’Uomo Vogue. Plus, switching designs for a man surely isn’t unheard of– See Leelee Sobieski and basically anybody who’s ever hooked up with Marilyn Manson. So is Kanye just trying to klass up his newest katch? Is he keeping Kimmy kaptive from the rest of the kolors? Or is keeping up with Kanye kausing Kim to sacrifice her style?

Is this the absolute fashion recognition for Nicole Richie? News about her upcoming Macy’s collaboration began flying around, speaking about a 20 – 30 pieces collection. Nicole Richie for Impulse hits the Macy’s stores this fall with versatile clothes to “dress it up and dress it down“, as reported. From reality show star to Macy’s Impulse (after Lagerfeld and Alberta Ferretti collaborations)? Kim Kardashian next?

Would You Wear… a Jeweled Headpiece?

If there’s a single celebrity that is truly attempting to make a trend take place, that’s Nicole Richie. She’s continuously wearing jeweled headpieces on Style Star, around town, and on the red carpet. But these glittering cranium accessories have been spotted on several more stars, including Vanessa Hudgens, Kim and Khloe Kardashian, and Alicia Keys.
So what differentiates a headpiece from a headband? Usually, a headpiece has a line down the center of the head and it drapes around the sides. Jeweled and metallic tend to be the most common varieties, but I’ve also seen floral types.

Kanye West collaborates with SHOWstudio for ‘Lost in the World’ music video
Placing that shaky start into the fashion world firmly behind him is Kanye West, who has teamed up with SHOWstudio for his most up-to-date music video. The rapper-turned-designer has collaborated with style filmmaker Ruth Hogben and photographer Nick Knight to create a film for Lost in Globe the new single from his album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
In common SHOWstudio form, the video is dark and moody and moves at a very quick pace. Described as “breaking the mould of the popular rap aesthetic,” the video is in black-and-white, and intercuts shots of Kanye with dancing models sporting white outfits.
It is not the very first time that Hogben and Knight have worked with a music artist. They have also previously collaborated with Lady Gaga for whom they produced a series of videos for her Monster Ball Tour. Other credits contain operating with designers such as Gareth Pugh, Rick Owens, stylists Katie Grand and Katie Shillingford, as properly as brands like Louis Vuitton, Barneys, Mac Cosmetics and Selfridges.
