What a week it’s been so far; BAFTA parties, the Golden Globe Awards, Men’s Fashion Week – and it all kicked off with a double fashion show at Alberta Ferretti in Milan. The runway event showcased both the Pre-Fall collection along with a new Alberta Ferretti Limited Edition demi-couture line. This line is a brand new one for Alberta Ferretti, and is designed with young well-dressed celebrities and it-girls in mind. And boy, did these girls come out in force.

Lots of ‘Famous’ Faces Modeled in Alberta Ferretti’s Latest Show
Alberta Ferretti held a fashion show more than the weekend showcasing looks from her new “Limited Edition” demi-couture collection. The Telegraph reports that it really is the 1st time a complete womenswear collection has been presented in Milan outside of the normal fashion weeks Ferretti also replaced “typical” models with a lineup of socialites and “semi-celebrities.” That’s not to say a lot of did not possess runway encounter — those on the catwalk included Tali Lennox, Amber le Bon, Angie McDowell’s daughter Sarah Margaret Qualley (who modeled the designer’s spring 2012 Philosophy collection in New York last September), model-turned-blogger Hanneli Mustaparta, and lingerie model/Prince Harry’s rumored ex-girlfriend Florence Brudenell-Bruce.
Solange Knowles, British socialite Mary Charteris, street style photographer Candice Lake, jewelry designer Zani Gugelmann, and Wonderland magazine’s fashion editor Julia Sarr-Jamois also walked the runway. Although all of them no doubt took the show really seriously, the Telegraph reports that “there had been plenty of nervous smiles, fey half-waves to pals in the audience and mouthings of ‘Oh-My-God.’” But at least no one particular played the air piano.

While Grazia Daily was busy becoming besties with Carine Roitfeld last night, on the other side of London town, All Saints were throwing a super-glitzy party in aid of Breast Cancer Care. Posh types including Florence Brudenell-Bruce and Amber Atherton were mingling with actresses Sienna Miller and Gemma Arterton as well as top notch royalty – hello Princess Tatiana of Greece! – and in the midst of it all, Ronnie Wood was having a jolly time stuck between Lily Donaldson and Poppy Delevigne, obvs.
Pippa Middleton made a rare outing and looked resplendent in a satin flower-print dress from Project D, proving that she’s becoming quite the fan of Dannii and Tabitha’s fashion line – remember when P-Middy wore a Project D patterned frock for a wedding last month? Well, who’d thunk it! In fact, the charity event offered up enough evening-appropriate gowns to give us a valid excuse to spend the morning style watching. So without further ado, let the drooling begin…

Florence Brudenell-Bruce, gorgeous English model and rumoured ex-squeeze of both the world’s hottest royal (Prince Harry) and world’s hottest racing driver (Jensen Button) has been revealed as the new face of luxury British label, Aspinal of London, the leather goods and accessories company. And Grazia Daily has the first pics!
Aspinal of London’s Autumn Winter collection includes a whole host of super-luxe leather accessories – obviously we heart the leopard print tote, the sequin clutch and the tan and cream luggage case and holdall. We also QUITE heart the wide-eyed puppy (whippet?) which sits to Florence’s left, though whether this is included in the collection remains uncertain.
