Levi’s® Made and Crafted™ F/W 13 Lookbook
At the Levi’s press preview a couple of weeks ago I was able to check out Made and Crafted™ personally, and the thing about them is that they are a kind of mixture between the traditional Levis, that you are accustomed to seeing, vintage and fashion. Really rad!
Check out what they tell you about this F/W 13 collection:
“Before designing the Fall/Winter 2013 collection, our design team took a road trip to Lake Huron, a drive north of busy, industrial Detroit. They were inspired by their lakeside surroundings–the colors of the lake, the rocks, the structures in constant repair–and the varied textures of the traditional woolen and cotton fabrics one needs for this landscape. The resulting collection draws many of its colors, prints, patterns and fabric concepts from the elements the designers encountered on this quiet American adventure. At the same time, it pulls in a myriad of other influences from the modern American frontier and playfully combines the old with the new, the high with the low, and the wild with the subdued. Natural indigo is used to dye winter-weight fabrics. Many of the women’s silhouettes radically challenge the conventions of proportion and symmetry.
Oasis S/S 2013 Lookbook
British brand OASIS had been around for exactly 20 years and going!! Their lookbook is full of fun and easy clothes, like especially this tie dyed dress shown above, perfect for a nice and flirty summer day out. Below, you can check out a pair of shorts, or shout I say, a skort?! I haven’t seen this style for a long time and I think it is so cute and girly like, we really should have these kind of option, and not only those skinny tiny barely there shorts. Striped tees – yeah- THE MUST item for every fashion conscious chick look so cool with those red jeans below. But my absolute fave summer staple is exactly the long and flowery dress with a dark blue denim jacket, to give it a contrast. I really love wearing this style in summer, during day and also on a date out. Depending on your hairdo and accessories, this combination can project a more sophisticated look or transmit a more frilly and girlish vibe. Personally I wear this style always with some Cowboy boots or even with my old beaten up Frye boots.

Charlize Theron’s Chic in Jason Wu—and We Got the Look For You (For Less)
Charlize Theron attended the 24th Annual GLAAD Media Awards over the weekend in a sleek halter neck jumpsuit from Jason Wu’s Pre-Fall 2013 collection. Wu uploaded a photo of the ensemble onto Instagram later that evening followed by a heart-eyed emoji smiley! While the piece was paired with a chic black belt in the designer’s lookbook, Theron decided to go for a more bohemian vibe by adding a mixed metallic chain cinching. The pixie cut actress donned Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry and finished the look off with a fuschia pout. Runway fashion and high end gems may be out of reach, by Theron’s style is not. INSIGHT PRESENTS ‘SHARP PAINS’ A PROJECT FOR DENIM 2013 COLLECTION
Australian brand INSIGHT came up with this exciting idea to show a lookbook by asking two of their skate ambassadors, Alex Schmidt and Daniel Shimizu, to shoot themselves in their own every day settings around LA in the latest denim collection. How cool a way is that to show a brand’s lookbook and at the same time transmit the feel and the essence of the brand! I love this idea!

Will You Buy H&M Couture New Collection?
H&M is usually my go-to destination for what I call industrial shopping. The usual socks&basics wardrobe refill, especially for the kids. I have yet to reassign my glam shopping trips and take a visit to the nearest H&M store into consideration, their latest Couture collection had me thinking…
Of course I still can’t get the image of Helen Hunt’s navy Oscars gown out of my head whenever I say ‘H&M Couture’ but from afar, the lookbook of their newest eco-conscious couture collection is flawless and really trendy. At least the bejeweled powder pink Prada lookalike dress is something I’d definitely try! Wouldn’t you?
Kate Young for Target Lookbook
A few weeks ago, we told you that celeb stylist Kate Young would be teaming up with Target to create an exclusive fashion collaboration, and now we have photos of the full collection!
Let’s recap: Kate Young for Target will include women’s apparel, shoes, and accessories all priced between $ 14.99 and $ 89.99. The limited-edition collection will be available online and at all Target stores starting on April 14th.
