I’d love to keep it neutral and let you discover the new commercial for Dolce and Gabbana’s The One perfume for women as represented by Scarlett Johansson! Unfortunately, I can’t. I can’t lay back and enjoy this short video without thinking that Dolce & Gabbana’s The One perfume campaigns should’ve been named “The Weird One” campaigns.
Both perfume, the one for women and the one for men (remember that strange, strange video with Mr Ego – naughey?) are too weird for words. So I’m going to step back, inviting you to watch a minute and change with Scarlett Johansson talking about… well, representing for Dolce and Gabbana’s perfume The One in a video directed by Jean Baptiste Mondino.

Prior to the Dolce & Gabbana show, I was invited to the VIP Room and backstage.
The VIP room is an oasis for special guests of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana who are invited to drink champagne and enjoy canapés.
A lift from the ground floor takes the guests into a beautiful room decked out with black walls, opulent chandeliers, velvet-covered sofas with gold trims and gold-framed mirrors.
I took this gorgeous picture of Paloma Faith and Poppy Delevigne who greeted each other like old friends.

The spirit inside the venue for the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2012 presentation was very festive, so I knew we were in for something really special.
After the signature black lace bustier dresses for Fall, I was super-excited that this collection started off with plenty of colour and bold prints which included flowers, pomegranates, aubergines, tomatoes, peppers, chillies, and courgettes.
These fun prints on 50s ladylike silhouettes were also presented alongside signature lace dresses in sky blue, beige and black plus chic skirt suits for daywear and midriff-baring cropped bustiers worn with full skirts or bloomers.

I’m loving Dolce & Gabbana, it’s not a secret. And I’m loving the hot, playful, sunny summertime. Time for outdoor fun, garden parties and flowery dresses.
(gone daydreaming) Yeah, so I was saying I’m loving Dolce & Gabbana.. Yes, I do, and, this time, surprisingly, I love their Cosmetics Ad Campaign with Scarlett Johansson. Something about her this time it’s dreamy gorgeous. I was thinking yellow bananas or Chanel soft mint. Now I have to add purple satin on my summer manicure list! And that soft eye makeup is adorable! What have they been using to obtain that maximum effect with that looks like minimum makeup input? I see mascara, I see kohl (black or gray) but other than that, I’m clueless. Any ideas? (via)

We recently showed you some photos of Mango’s Spring/Summer ’11 ads, but what we didn’t realise is that it is also Scarlett Johansson’s last campaign for the retailer! After several seasons as the face of the brand, Scarlett is bowing out with a sportswear-style short. Photographed by Mario Sorrenti, the ads were taken at the Goldstein Residence in Beverly Hills, and incorporate clean lines and slicked back hair. Of course, Scarlett isn’t giving up her modelling gigs all together – she still fronts various beauty campaigns for Dolce & Gabbana.
As for who will take over, well all signs point to Kate Moss, who was spotted shooting a Mango campaign with Terry Richardson just last week.
