Central Saint Martins MA show at London Fashion Week
Central Saint Martins’ MA show is one of the hottest tickets at London Fashion Week. This is the location to spot the subsequent generation of large names in the fashion industry. Spring 2012 Runway Style Trends: Our Most Wanted List of Shoes
Are you as shoe-obsessed as me? Then you’ll be no doubt be rejoicing that the footwear forecast for Spring 2012 looks very good…quite excellent indeed. As in flouncy, feminine and oh-so fabulous! Though high, greater & towering heels ruled (I dare you to navigate the NYC subway technique in the Versace plastic stripper heels without incident), Valentino did show a super-cute lacy flat that looks truly right with a longer-length hem. Tigers were on the prowl at Balenciaga and Prada’s sleek slingbacks sprouted fiery wings for a fashionista about to take flight. Louis Vuitton & Chanel each went retro, with pastels at LV that were actually (gasp) traditionally pretty, although Kaiser Karl opted to have us go back to the future in 60s silver Space Age booties. I particularly fell in love the thick-strap platforms from Celine (truly every little thing Celine has been on the should-have list given that Phoebe Philo took more than), whilst shades of teal, sapphire and deepsea-blue seemed fresh and refreshing at each Missoni and New York’s existing “it” designer Alexander Wang.
Ogling the catwalk collections and checking out the kicks stalking the runways usually makes me want to go shopping – stat! – so one of my go-to areas for blowing off steam without having blowing my whole spending budget is Wanted Shoes. Their women’s shoes are enjoyable and colorful and they have a fab choice of on-trend interpretations of my fave runway looks with no runway-connected pricey-ness. I at present cannot decide in between the cobalt-blue “Cadil”, the black wedge “Frankie”, a pair of zebra Popstar2 pumps, or some lacy black crochet-upper “Fine” flats…or maybe 1 of every. Probably 1 of every single.

Today on Grazia Daily, we’ve bought you 30% off at asos, fashion industry speculation that Raf Simons may be the new designer at Dior, a glimpse of the 15 year old Brit who’s set to be the new face of Balenciaga, and the news that India Rose won the title of Best Dressed Blogger at our first ever Blog Brag Night ! What an exciting day it’s been.

Girls’ Casual Style from Kawi Jamele, Topshop & Naichichi
Here are two cute girls with casual style that we met in Harajuku. On the right is Manami, a 22 year old who works in the apparel industry. She’s wearing a denim vest from Kawi Jamele with Topshop pleather leggings and a black chunky knit sweater. Her stylish studded leather shoes are from Shagadelic and her fringed purse is from Moussy. She’s also carrying a reptile-print shoulder bag.
Manami’s accessories from Kitson and Justin Davis include a two-finger Peace ring, a signet ring, a coin necklace, two bracelets with religious icons and an oversized Tendence watch. She’s also wearing Ray-Ban sunglasses and Chanel logo earrings. A scarf in her hair and a longer knit scarf around her neck complete her look.
The girl on the left with auburn hair is 21-year-old Yurika. Her outfit includes a white graphic t-shirt, a khaki coat with zipper from Naichichi, animal print leggings and short boots from Jeffrey Campbell. Her blue purse is from Balenciaga.
Salma Hayek In Balenciaga, Gucci & Bottega Veneta – ‘Puss in Boots’ Photcalls & Premieres
Since we last saw Salma Hayek in YSL promoting her new movie ‘Puss In Boots’ in London, she has promoted the movie a further three times this weekend.
After London she hot footed it over to Rome for a photocall with co-star Antonio Banderas.
She wore a Balenciaga Pre-Fall 2011 printed dress with a black leather sash tied around the waist.
