Hotline Showroom NYC Needs Sales and Merchandising Interns
Hotline Showroom is one of NYC’s leading showrooms, working with Joe’s Jeans, LAMB, Torn by Ronny Kobo and Maiya.
So, if you want a hands-on internship that will teach you how to launch, merchandise, and sell a collection, this is it.
You must live and breath fashion and be ready to do the usual tasks like faxing, filing, and sample trafficking. You’ll also be expected to assemble presentation boards and assist the sales associates in the showroom and at trade shows.
You should be available at least 2-3 days a week, preferably Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Knowing how to sketch is a plus, but not necessary.
You won’t get paid, but you will get school credit if you need it, and there’s the promise of free clothing and a ton of experience that’s useful for a bright future in fashion.
If working in a showroom all day with beautiful clothes sounds like your fashion paradise, e-mail a resume and brief cover letter explaining why you’re the right person for the job to sales@hotlineshowroom.com.
