Connie Style – Diesel “Fit Your Attitude” Getlegg Jeans
Hi absolutely everyone! It has been a lengthy time since my last assessment, but I am back now and starting off the reviewing procedure once more with some Diesel Jeans.
Diesel have lately relaunched their main womenswear lines and have developed a fully new denim range named “Fit Your Attitude” consisting of six classic cuts in a range of washes. I tend to go for skinnier styles and so picked the ‘Getlegg’ which is a skinny legged jean in a distressed wash.
The major positive point about these jeans is the comfort element. Upon putting them on they instantly fit to the body without getting TOO skinny and so are quite a comfortable. They are a soft really feel denim with 98% cotton and two% elastane so a bit of stretch too.
These are a pretty low rise but they have a higher back meaning no troubles with bending over or sitting down! They do fit quite closely to the back and are a really clean and comfy fit on the waistband. These are a size 26 which is my usual size in most denim brands but if something they run a tiny bit large so could possibly go a size lower than usual if you want them super tight. The length on these is a 30″ which on me is perfect for wearing with heels or flats. They even have tiny slits in the hems to give area to go over boots if required.
The pockets of these jeans are designed particularly to give you a smaller rear but to also add curve. They are also created to make your legs look longer with clever seam detail – not positive if this truly works or not but I like the concept!
I picked a distressed blue finish which has tiny regions of worn ripped denim and some purposeful marking on the leg, this offers them that ‘worn in’ appear and signifies they look great as a casual pair of jeans styled up with most outfits.
