Gisele Bundchen Remains Highest Paid Model
Absolutely nothing appears to change in supermodelland: Gisele Bundchen still remains world’s highest paid model (with a whopping $ 45 Million / last year, as reported by Forbes).
To recognize just how comfortably Gisele reigns supreme, you will need to have far more information: Kate Moss is second highest paid with (just) $ 9.2 Million / final year even though Candice Swanepoel enters the 10th position with $ 3.1 Million. I guess Gisele can take two years for her second child with no worries whatsoever! (how is that possible? 1st spot with $ 45 Million and second place with much less than $ ten Million? Is there no other model in this organization?)

Last Night’s Party: Terry Richardson DJ’s, Dianna Agron Talks Fashion, and Zoe Saldana Likes ‘Anything That Takes Balls’
When Persol announced they’d be celebrating a second run of their “Persol Magnificent Obsessions” exhibition series–which honors classic film-making–at the Museum of Moving Image in Astoria, Queens, we knew it’d be worth the schlep. (Particularly since we figured a party mixing film buffs, style market insiders, prosecco, and Terry Richardson as DJ was bound to be a hell of a excellent time.) So we got on the chartered bus and headed over the Triboro Bridge.
Lanky boys in plaid shirts mingled with Hollywood glam girls like Glee’s Dianna Agron and Zoe Saldana. Turns out Agron is a bit of a style know-it-all, wearing a very un-Glee-like Opening Ceremony ensemble. “If you appear at what it requires to go into these glasses, there are 32 steps involved—that is so much time and effort!” she mentioned of the Persol sunnies. “My mom sews, so from an infant on, I knew what it took to produce one thing and what that meant in terms of time and work. I quite much adore clothes and tried to find out how to sew too, but it was awful.”
Zoe Saldana, whose appreciation for fashion is well-documented, both on the red carpet and as the founder of MyFDB, mentioned, “I’m an artist and I like anything that takes creativity and balls.”

Final night the Prince of Wales hosted a reception at St James’s Palace to mark the beginning of menswear shows these days. Charles told the crowd that in spite of becoming bestowed the honour of opening the shows, he is shocked by his sudden style icon status.
“I am locating it really hard, ladies and gentlemen, to live with myself after I found that somebody has recommended I may even be an icon of style. It has taken 64 bleeding years,” he joked. “I have gone on in my old way, like a stopped clock – I tell the correct time each 25 years.”

Azealia Banks has upped her game given that she released her “212″ video final year, which had her all pigtails and Mickey Mouse sweater dancing against a brick wall. For her followup, the newly-released video for “Liquorice,” she got some significant fashion players involved—Lady Gaga’s stylist and Mugler creative director Nicola Formichetti was on styling duty, while photographer Rankin directed. Azealia’s looks span a massive blue fur chubby and reflective sunglasses to an Americana-printed halter and cutoffs. See them all in the Western-influenced video, following the cut.
