Introducing The Bridal Beat
GlamChic is officially headed down the aisle. Having recently gotten engaged to an amazing man, I’m going to be a bride and so the wedding planning begins… From finding the right venue, to hunting for that perfect gown, to registering for gadgets we’ll never use and sets of china we’ll probably use for takeout, I’ll be sharing my thoughts, decisions and stories with you. Whether it will be lace or tulle for me and chiffon for my maids, or soft silk for us all remains to be seen, but for now it’s time to investigate the options. After working at several now defunct bridal magazines, figuring out what I want on my big day is much harder than I imagined. But so as long as I’ve got the guy and a bit of inspiration we’re good to go.

Carnaby Street: 1960 – 2010 | 50 Years of Music & Fashion
A year long celebration of Carnaby Street starts on Friday February 26th in London. “The first event, an innovative exhibition and limited edition book of the same title; Carnaby Street: 1960 – 2010 launches on the 26th February to Saturday 10th April at 38 Carnaby Street, W1.
